It's in these moments of helplessness that we must find/create/forge our own/internal/personal light/strength/will. We must face/confront/stand against the emptiness/void/terror, and discover/remember/unearth the resilient/unyielding spirit that lies within/deep inside/at our core.

Insomnia can be a crushing weight upon your mind and body. You toss and turn, yearning for sleep that just seems out of reach. The hours crawl by, each one an eternity filled with anxieties and frustration. This pervasive state of wakefulness leaves you feeling a prisoner of your own mind.

Yearning for Sweet Oblivion

The grip of oblivion was a siren's call, a gentle promise of escape. To succumb in its shadows was to still the incessant chant of existence. The world's sharp edges dissolved under the spell of its peace.

To truly desire oblivion was to ache for a passing respite from the weight of being.
